Through somatic movement, breath, and guided practices, you’ll be invited to take a deep breath and reconnect to yourself. There’s no pressure to be “okay” here. You don’t need the right words, and you don’t need to show up any other way than how you are right now. Together, we’ll create a compassionate pause from the pain, where your body can rest and your heart can feel supported.
