Lindsay Hope is a teacher with a gift for helping others gently reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their emotions. With almost 20 years of yoga teaching experience and a background in psychology, sociology, and athletics, she brings a grounded, body-led approach to transformation through movement.
Having personally experienced how powerful yoga can be for finding calm in the midst of chaos Lindsay understands the transformational powers that yoga offers. Emotions like grief, anxiety, anger and stress often live quietly in the body long after the words have run out. Her lived experience combined with years of guiding others, allows her to meet students with deep empathy and practical tools that truly make a difference.
She's created a space where people don’t have to “talk it out” to feel better—because sometimes words aren’t enough. Her classes are designed to support your nervous system and move the emotions we often push aside through. With breathwork, intentional movement, sound, and somatic practices she helps students shift out of fight-flight-freeze mode and into rest, release, and reconnect mode.
What sets Lindsay apart is her ability to hold space for vulnerability while also guiding with clarity and strength. Students describe her teaching as compassionate yet steady, giving them the confidence to soften, feel, and let go at their own pace.
She holds certifications in Grief Yoga, Hatha, Hot Set Series, Yoga For First Responders, Yin, and is trauma informed certified—training that equips her to safely guide people through tender emotions and hard times.
She looks forward to seeing you on the mat
