Transform Anxiety into Peace

This class will use movement and breath work together to guide you back to your inner strength through the power of your lungs. After connecting back to your strength you will experience a guided moving meditation set to music giving you space to process and move through the anxiety.

This is not a class about stronger poses or flexibility, this is a class about emotional liberation and transformation

Class can be taken from a yoga mat or a chair, instructions for both will be provided.
