The River Of Life

Grief can make us feel like we’re swimming upstream, stuck in resistance. The River of Life is a gentle reminder that healing happens when we allow ourselves to flow with, not against, the current of life.

We begin by anchoring into the breath—our inner tide—and reconnecting to the natural rhythms within. From there, we move into a flowing meditation set to music, inviting the body to soften, sway, and surrender to what is.

As emotions surface, you’ll be gently guided to feel them, not fix them—just like watching leaves float down a river. We close with restorative poses to help you ground and rest in the flow of your own transformation.

No yoga experience needed.
