Loss can leave us feeling broken, like the life we knew has shattered beyond repair. From Shattered to Strong is a class designed to remind you that rebuilding is possible—and strength can rise from the pieces.
We begin by reconnecting to self-worth through the power of the breath, using the lungs to anchor, awaken, and remember who we are beneath the grief. From there, we flow into a guided moving meditation set to music—inviting gentle, expressive movement to stir what’s been stuck and start to shift it.
As the body opens, we make space to feel and release what no longer serves. We close with grounding restorative poses to integrate the transformation and honor your resilience.
No experience needed. Whether you’re moving from a mat or a chair, this is a space to breathe, feel, and slowly reclaim your strength—one breath at a time.
