Healing Breath, Healing Heart is a grief-informed yoga class that brings together gentle movement and intentional breathing to support your nervous system during times of loss. Grief often creates a physical imprint in the body showing up as tight lungs, shallow breathing, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode. By working with your breath you can begin to soften the intensity of what you’re holding and create space for relief, steadiness, and healing along your grief journey.

This class is not therapy, but it is very therapeutic.
