Breathe and Grieve is a heartfelt yoga class that invites you to process loss through the power of breath and mindful movement. This practice helps you release emotions that words can’t express. You will create space for both your sorrow and your healing to exist the same time. Each breath becomes a bridge connecting you back to yourself.
