Grief Yoga is for anyone navigating loss, trauma, sadness, depression, anxiety, fear, or emotional overwhelm. With the use of somatic movement, breath and meditation these classes are designed to gently help you navigate the emotional pain you feel in your body after experiencing trauma or grief.
You don’t need any prior yoga experience or extra flexibility.
You don’t even need to know exactly what you’re feeling.
You just need to show up, breathe and let the rest unfold.
