    You’ve been holding so much. Maybe it’s grief, heartbreak, or stress you can’t seem to shake. Maybe it’s the weight of emotions you’ve pushed down for years because it felt too hard to face. You keep going, holding it all together — but inside, you feel stuck, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected.

    And here’s the hard truth: when we avoid our feelings, they don’t disappear. They sit in our body — tightening our chest, knotting our stomach, stealing our sleep, making even the smallest moments feel heavy and overwhelming. The cost of carrying unexpressed pain is high.

    Emotions In Motion is more than yoga. Using breath, movement, sound, and music, you’ll be gently guided to release what’s been trapped inside — without needing to explain, analyze, or “hold it together.” You don’t need flexibility or yoga experience. You only need the courage to show up for yourself and let your body breathe and move.
